Dear CRP Members
I would like to announce that we now have a date and venue for our upcoming Craft Fair to raise money for CRP.
The date is Monday 22nd April
The venue is The Caistor Hall Marquee
The time 7 – 6. Setting up and packing up included
Fair open from 10 – 5
Please put this date in your diary.
I know many of you are busy being creative in preparation and some of you have already told us that you are prepared to help in whatever capacity on the day. We will also require people to help distributing publicity in the weeks and months beforehand.
As soon as Andy gives the go ahead we will call a meeting at the barn for all of you who want to be a part of the team helping to raise money for CRP.
In the meantime please send your name, a description of how you can help and what you are contributing on the day. Do this even if you have already sent your details to Linda so that she can update her list of volunteers and contributors. Send your details to lindamayrichmond@hotmail.com
